So....I went to Paris part 1
To fully describe the amazing trip to Paris I have to split this up into 3 parts...
35mm photography first..on my beautiful new (old) camera Olympus XA2
With no agenda other than being Parisian cool, Nilesh and I stayed in St Germain, explored Paris by taxi and walked around this beautiful city amazed by how friendly all the Parisians were to us.
These are my favourite shots from the day film and cross processed film Nilesh gave me, I'm so pleased with how they turned out, also I've forgotten how fun it is when you get film developed : )

Recent times.
Happy Sunday : )
Since becoming a single lady my weekends have not been as crazy as I would like them to be (I broke up with my fiance in August, he's happy, no need to dwell) So here I am, it's Sunday afternoon, tucked up under a big faux fur blanket half watching Roald Dahls Witches and updating my iPhone. The UK weather has turned arctic so it's too cold to venture outside and now we have a buyer for our house I don't feel like OCD style cleaning.
With lots of spare time on my hands here's a lovely load of pictures from recent times, with new friends and new adventures.
Weekends at the moment consist of large bacon sarnies and huge mugs of tea.
To not cause Spencer any stress he's with my parents in Cornwall, I miss him so I try and Skype him lots.
Some of my wonderful new work friends, such lovely people.
Leon in Spittalfields Market is my new favourite hang out after 9pm, looks especially beautiful at the moments with the Christmas decorations...pics to come.
Spontaneous trips to Paris are on the cards..
My best friend Katie has been an absolute rock, this is one of her many cats Henry, who loves a cuddle.
I was missing wearing my engagement ring so much I thought I'd treat myself to this vintage cocktail ring for the party season.
and me...keeping calm and carrying on.

Did I mention..

Alan Clarke was taking my photo?
Well sadly not a shoot just devoted to me, but a lucky few who work in my building and rsvp'd in time.
As part of Internet Week Europe, Alan very kindly took profile shots of a few 100 lucky people of which I managed to snag a space (as I work in the building where the shoot took place) and a fair few shots in the process as I queued super early like the nerd I am.
Here are the three (out of 25!) that I liked the most, the top one makes me laugh as he asked if I had a favourite side which I pointed too and he snapped the opposite, I look so dorky : )
