Mainly I have been doing up the house before our big engagement party here, hubby-to-be is working hard on improving the garden and I've been working on my wardrobe room, yes that's right, wardrobe room!
I've bought a shop clothes rail to hang all my clothes on, it's around 6 feet long so just enough space (just!) now I'm finishing up the second coat of magnolia and then I can slowly add some finishing touches, I do however need a gorgeous floor length mirror like ths one....
Will post some pictures when I think the room looks presentable enough!
Also as the weather in England/London has been frustrating this summer, baking sunshine one moment, flash flooding the next I can't keep up. My little purple rain mac is being used to it's full potential on my little cycles to work, it's a shame I look like a train spotter in it.
So we (hubby-to-be and I have decided on a 10 day Fly drive from San Fran to LA in the beginning of October. We"re so, so excited but have no idea where to start! So far we're thinking 3 days in San Fran, ending with 2 days in LA but it's the bits in between which are the mystery. If anyone out there can recommend some good places on the drive between and hotels too that would be amazing!
I've always wanted an adventure and I know this one is going to be so much fun.
